We exist so people from every background, story, and season can experience the transformative power of God’s love—not religion, not routine. At TEC, every gathering is an invitation to truly know Him. Every moment is sacred. Every heart matters. Jesus is the center of it all. We don’t build around personalities or preferences, but around His finished work. Our roots are currently in Houston, Texas—and we believe this is just the beginning.

Pastor Dr. Michael Aladejana
Pastor Dr. Michael Aladejana is the Lead Pastor and founder of The Encounter Center (TEC) and the TEC Leadership & Bible Institute (TLBI). A passionate preacher, teacher, and mentor, he is dedicated to raising Kingdom influencers who are saved, transformed, and sent. Blending ministry and marketplace impact as a medical doctor . Dr. Michael is committed to equipping believers to live out their God-given purpose in every sphere of life
